Key Results

  • Conducted a comprehensive Tier 1-4 emissions study, from raw material production (Tier 4 - cotton farms) through textile processing (Tier 3), fabric manufacturing (Tier 2), and final assembly/logistics (Tier 1).
  • Integrated primary data from Tier 1 suppliers and selected Tier 2 sites, improving precision and credibility.
  • Identified major hotspots in cotton farming, dyeing/finishing, and transport logistics.
  • Delivered product-level carbon footprints across apparel lines, enabling comparison and tracking.
  • Highlighted reduction opportunities: regenerative farming, lower-impact dyes, energy-efficient manufacturing, and supply chain optimization.
  • Identified co-benefits: interventions delivered both climate and nature gains (e.g., regenerative cotton improved soil health, biodiversity, and cut emissions).
  • Developed a Scope 3 reduction roadmap with milestones, positioning the company as a sustainability leader in Australia.
